Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals to ensure safe transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
