What is the average shipping time for your lighting fixtures?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Do your products include light bulbs?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness, bulbs are sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned for a refund.
Are APEX LIGHT products compatible with dimmer switches?
Most of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard wall dimmer switch.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all products come with a comprehensive installation guide. We highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired fixtures.
Are your outdoor lights weather-resistant?
Yes, all products listed in our Outdoor Collection are UL-rated for wet or damp locations to ensure durability against rain and humidity.
